Job Title Remote L3 Production Support Engineer – Guadalajara, Jalisco (MX-JAL), Mexico (MX) Responsibilities Actively provide support for resolution of L3 issues with detailed analysis, code fixes, and rigorous testing. Work on supporting product servers and clients on cutting‑edge platforms, contributing to continuous improvement and delivery. Continually focus on enhancing the performance of Java applications. Work on database tasks and craft SQL queries. Use Splunk for debugging and log investigation. Collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders. Implement new tool functionalities that support changing business requirements. Develop functions that automate provisioning, access management, and user experience improvements. Provide technical feedback and support to development teams. Perform detailed RCA of production issues and implement corrective actions. Lead collaboration and communication in a global environment. Participate in requirements gathering, design, and implementation. Required Qualifications Hands‑on experience in Core Java, at least 3 years of development experience. Experience working on multiple Java projects. Clear coding interview using CoderPad.io. 6‑9 years of overall software engineering experience. Strong knowledge of Java. Experience with SQL, Splunk, Git. Hands‑on experience with ServiceNow and process workflow. Experience with AWS is preferred. 3+ years of L3 support experience. AWS certification is a plus.
