As a laboratory technician , you will manage physicochemical parameters of the painting process at the plant located in Reynosa. You will work reporting directly to our Head of Quality Control at our plant working with our client. Main Responsibilities You will perform physicochemical analyses on samples collected at several stages of the manufacturing and painting process to ensure process stability and product quality. You will manage, and control process parameters in operational tanks, making necessary chemical adjustments based on analytical results and established specifications. You will identify process deviations, document findings, and follow up with the appropriate teams to support corrective actions and continuous improvement efforts. You will also provide hands‑on support for quality testing activities, including adhesion tests and coating thickness measurements on panels, ensuring compliance with internal and customer quality standards. A focus on safety is important; you will comply with all safety, health, and environmental regulations, maintaining a safe laboratory and production environment. Your tasks will also include scheduling tank cleaning activities and participating in cleaning operations to support production continuity. You will manage the proper handling and disposal of hazardous waste, following all regulatory and company guidelines. Additionally, you will maintain accurate inventories of chemical products, ensuring stock levels, proper labeling, and safe storage practices.
