At Amazon, we strive to be Earth's most customer‑centric company. The Transportation Capacity team seeks a results‑driven Program Manager to lead planning initiatives across Amazon Mexico's transportation network. Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for cost overruns and capacity gaps; deliver remediation plans with clear owners, timelines, and recurrence prevention measures. Collaborate cross‑functionally with Sort Center Operations, Fulfillment Centers, Network Design, OTR Planning, ATS, and Finance to align capacity with upstream volume signals and downstream delivery requirements. Generate and deliver weekly Flash reports with performance summaries and action plans for senior leadership review. Identify and implement process improvements to reduce manual planning time, minimize re‑work, and increase automation through tool development and system integration. Manage cost trade‑off decisions by quantifying the impact of speed vs. cost vs. utilization across the network. Translate demand signals (volume forecasts, labor demand, truck requirements) into actionable capacity plans across all lane types and node categories. Support high‑volume event planning by developing capacity ramp‑up/ramp‑down plans and monitoring real‑time network performance during execution.
