Provide customer service support to OEM and automotive industry customers. Receive customer requirements and plan daily shipments according to demand. Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure product availability and prevent shortages. Analyze firm demand and forecasts, identifying deviations or customer demand variations. Communicate demand changes proactively to internal stakeholders. Coordinate closely with Planning, Logistics, Production, and other Supply Chain functions. Ensure on-time delivery performance and customer satisfaction. Maintain compliance with Supply Chain processes and company standards. Requirements Experience in Customer Service or Supply Chain, ideally within the automotive industry. General knowledge of OEM customers and automotive supply chain processes. Basic SAP knowledge. Strong analytical skills for demand and forecast analysis. Effective communication skills and strong teamwork orientation. Conversational English level, both written and verbal, to interact with global teams and customers.
