How you will make an impact As the Regional Sales Director for LATAM & Caribbean, you will lead a growing and dynamic region within our currency manufacturing business. In this role, you will build and strengthen critical one‑to‑one relationships with key Central Bank clients while driving long‑term regional growth objectives. You will lead strategic, complex initiatives, navigate sophisticated customer requirements, and represent Crane Currency as a trusted commercial partner across the region. This role requires comfort with frequent travel, strong leadership capability, and the ability to execute sales strategies in a highly specialized market. Responsibilities Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with company objectives and local market conditions Identify and pursue new customer opportunities to expand the regional customer base Manage, coach, and motivate the regional sales team to achieve performance and revenue targets Build and maintain long‑term relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty Monitor regional sales performance through metrics, data analysis, and reporting Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform strategic sales decisions Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal governance standards Provide regular updates and insights on regional performance, risks, and growth opportunities Knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role Required 5+ years of experience in the currency industry in a sales leadership role with increasing responsibility 5+ years of sales experience in any industry with leadership responsibility 10+ years of experience in the currency industry with progressive responsibility Fluency in English and Spanish Excellent presentation skills with strong written and verbal communication ability Demonstrated leadership capability with experience managing and developing sales teams What drives our team We are a passionate team of 1,200 creators and problem solvers, united by our purpose.
