Responsibilities Lead main agronomic, commercial, and scientific projects related to forage crops and other crops in the region such as potatoes, apple trees, citrus, and apples. Improve and update crop program proposals to fit the region with current practices. Provide technical support to Yara's commercial personnel in the region to strengthen our proposal, management, and delivery to clients in the segment. Review, create, manage, and accompany demand generation plans directed at the sector, including training, events, and meetings. Plan, strategize, and execute tactics with internal areas (sustainability, marketing, logistics, and operations). Support the commercial team in searching for and maintaining potential customers in the region. Qualifications Degree in agronomic engineering or a related field. Desirable experience in crop nutrition. Knowledge of agronomic and technical aspects of forage crops (corn, sorghum, alfalfa, oats, triticale) and other regional crops (potato, apple trees, citrus, apples). Leadership and internal and external management skills. Market and productive region knowledge. Basic English. Experience working agronomic and commercial in the Mexican fertilizer market. Agronomic experience managing regional crops, primarily forages, potato, apple, citrus, and apple trees. Knowledge of the region: distributors, farmers, industry. Problem‑solving, teamwork, proactive attitude. Fertilizer knowledge, soil and foliar nutrition. Strategic analysis of activities and objectives. Ability to communicate with interdisciplinary teams.
