Reports To HR Business Partner Your Role And Responsibilities In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop and implement people strategy through the execution of HR processes. Each day, you will provide HR support for a defined team or location by partnering with managers. You will also represent HR in the business and establish strong relationships with all business leaders and employees. The work model is onsite. This role contributes to the Electrification team and stakeholders. Ensure an effective overall HR contribution and value‑add to the business in partnership with the functions and Shared Services. Support the business and execute HR processes across the end‑to‑end employee lifecycle, delivering the best approach in the area of responsibility. Partner with respective managers to develop and implement people strategies. Facilitate change management initiatives and drive behavior change and continuous improvement across the respective business area. Qualifications For The Role Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus. Minimum of 6+ years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 2 years in an HR Business Partner or strategic HR role. Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken) is required. Strong business acumen with the ability to align HR strategies with organizational goals. Proven experience partnering with senior leadership to drive organizational development and change management initiatives. Solid knowledge of labor laws, employee relations, and HR best practices. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills across all organizational levels. Strong analytical skills with experience using HR metrics, data insights, and HRIS systems to support decision‑making.
