Location: Mexico City / Guadalajara / Monterrey / Querétaro (Hybrid – 2 days office) About the Role We are looking for a Technical Product Manager to lead the development of AI-driven platforms in Consumer Health R&D , with a focus on formulation optimization and claims intelligence . You will work at the intersection of science, data, and technology , collaborating with R&D scientists, clinical teams, regulatory stakeholders, and AI/ML engineers to build next-generation digital products that accelerate innovation in consumer healthcare. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end product lifecycle for AI-enabled R&D platforms (discovery → development → launch → optimization) Build solutions for: Ingredient selection & formulation optimization Excipient compatibility & bioavailability modeling Consumer sensory prediction Drive development of AI-powered Claims Intelligence platforms : Claims generation & validation Evidence gap analysis Competitive benchmarking Integrate data from clinical studies, consumer insights, and post-market data Ensure scientific rigor, regulatory compliance, and scalability across global markets Translate complex scientific problems into clear product and technical requirements Required Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s in: Chemical Engineering / Pharmaceutical Sciences / Biomedical Engineering AI/ML / Data Science or related field 5–10+ years in: Consumer Health R&D / Formulation / Claims Development OR Digital Product Management with strong scientific exposure Strong understanding of: Machine Learning & NLP concepts AI model lifecycle & MLOps Experience in OTC, wellness, nutrition, or consumer healthcare products Ability to communicate across technical, scientific, and business teams Preferred Qualifications MBA or advanced scientific degree Experience working with R&D, Regulatory, and Commercial leadership Strong storytelling using data, insights, and evidence Experience scaling products across global markets Why Join Us Work on cutting-edge AI applications in healthcare Collaborate with global experts across science and technology Drive real-world impact in consumer health innovation
