Role Overview The Social Media Strategist is responsible for developing and executing strategic, high-impact social media programs across multiple client brands. This role focuses on creating engaging, shareable content strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and measurable business outcomes. This position requires both creative instincts and operational discipline. The ideal candidate understands platform algorithms, audience psychology, influencer and UGC ecosystems, and how to translate brand messaging into compelling social narratives. They must also be highly organized and capable of managing multiple client accounts simultaneously while collaborating with internal strategists, creative teams, and paid media specialists. Key Responsibilities Social Media Strategy & Execution Develop and execute platform-specific social media strategies across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, TikTok, Reddit, and emerging platforms . Create content strategies designed to maximize reach, engagement, and shareability while aligning with each client’s marketing objectives. Manage content calendars and publishing schedules across multiple client accounts. Monitor platform trends, algorithm changes, and cultural moments to inform strategy. Analyze performance metrics and continuously optimize strategy and content performance. Influencer & UGC Creator Management Identify, recruit, and manage influencer and user-generated content (UGC) creators. Conduct outreach, negotiate collaborations, coordinate campaign briefs, and manage deliverables. Ensure creator content meets brand standards and campaign objectives. Content Development & Creative Collaboration Develop social content concepts, captions, and campaign messaging. Produce content directly when appropriate or collaborate with internal creative teams to execute assets including short-form video, graphics, and visual storytelling. Maintain a high standard of visual quality, brand voice consistency, and attention to detail in all content. Client & Account Management Manage social media execution across multiple client accounts. Communicate campaign plans, approvals, and insights with internal and client stakeholders. Coordinate with paid media specialists to ensure integrated campaigns. AI-Enablement Utilize AI tools for content ideation, copywriting, visual generation, and video development with a strong filter for ensuring it still feels authentic, human, and aligned with brand voice. Evaluate emerging AI tools that can improve content creation and workflow efficiency. Qualifications Required 2–5+ years of experience managing social media for brands or agencies Proven ability to develop engaging and shareable social media strategies Strong understanding of both B2B and B2C social media marketing Highly organized with strong proactive communication and project management skills Strong attention to detail in visual media and written communication English proficiency (written and verbal) C1 or higher Tools & Technology Proficiency with industry tools for social media management, creative production, and analytics, including platforms such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, and social scheduling tools (Meta Business Suite, Sprout, Later). Comfortable leveraging AI tools for writing, graphics, and video while maintaining a high standard for content quality and authenticity. Project management through Asana.
