Ensure an effective training experience aligned withbusiness needs by facilitating the technical, operational, and culturaldevelopment of new employees through the implementation of adult-centeredlearning methodologies, performance data analysis, and continuous contentimprovement. The Trainer serves as a key link between training andoperations, ensuring that training programs drive the preparation, integration,and success of ambassadors in their roles. Requirements Bachelor'sdegree in education or related. 1 yearof previous experience in training or education-related fields (mandatory). Previousexperience in call center environments. MSOffice: Word, Excel, PowerPoint (mandatory). Responsibilities Report on the progress of the training group. Audit calls, claims, and transactions of ambassadorsduring the training. Assign agents to operational supervisors upon completionof training. Ensure learning plans are assigned to new hires. Submit ServiceNow tickets according to training needs. Schedule talks and complementary sessions with otherteams or departments as part of the training. Facilitate training sessions using andragogicalprinciples and effective instructional techniques. Identify and report outdated or incorrect content to theDevelopment team. Participate in departmental projects and initiativesaimed at developing or improving training programs. Update training materials in alignment with trainingobjectives. Report performance, attendance, and participation datato optimize the learning experience. Provide individual and group feedback to ambassadorsbased on trends and performance metrics. Escalate any relevant situations that arise duringtraining to Management or support teams. Identify and report ambassador behaviors that mayrequire follow-up by Management or support teams (Workforce, HR, Facilities, orTA). Attend departmental, Operations, or cross-functionalmeetings as needed and provide complete and timely information.
