Position Summary Job Title: Channel Strategy On Trade & Trade Advocacy – Aperol and CampariLocation: CDMXReports To: Category ManagerOrganizational Level: Local The Channel Strategy On Trade & Trade Advocacy role will lead the strategic development and execution of category plans for the Aperitifs portfolio in the On Trade channel. The incumbent will interpret market dynamics and consumer trends to design actionable strategies, drive growth, and strengthen brand visibility. The channel strategy will oversee dedicated channel teams and collaborate across functions to ensure alignment and execution excellence. Key Responsibilities Category Strategy & Insights Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities. Develop and optimize the customer journey to personalize campaigns and improve the On Trade customer experience. Monitor and report category performance, adjusting plans as necessary. Channel Management Develop, define, and propose guidelines and KPIs for all Perfect Store Levers in collaboration with Customer Marketing Planning & Operations. Audit, alongside Customer Planning & Operations, all Perfect Store elements in the category’s channel. Plan and evaluate marketing campaigns to drive sales and brand awareness in the On Trade channel. Collaborate closely with sales, customer marketing planning & field operations, brand managers, and other stakeholders to ensure marketing initiatives are effectively integrated and executed. Focus on planning and executing consumer activation in the correct segment. Define, plan, and deliver appropriate materials/POSM to ensure correct visibility in the appropriate channel/segment. Design and strengthen the Trade Advocacy Program to increase brand loyalty among bartenders and staff. Communication & Activation Own the category storytelling and ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints. Collaborate with brand managers to execute engaging campaigns and activations. Innovation & Portfolio Development Support new product development (NPD) and launches with strategic insights and specific On Trade plans. Financial & Commercial Accountability Manage category budgets, pricing strategies, and P&L performance. Achieve financial objectives through effective planning and execution.
