Job Overview Supervises, coordinates and manages project and support teams to ensure timely implementation of organizational projects. Job Requirements Tracking project schedules, progress, costs and timelines for adherence to quality and delivery targets. Evaluating project team results to identify process inefficiencies/ hindrances, and recommend improvements. Providing guidance to project team members on new associated technology and improved processes and participating in the hiring, evaluating, coaching and training of staff. Monitoring overall project performance and compliance with approved methods, standards and regulatory requirements. What Your Background Should Look Like Generally requires Bachelors degree in appropriate field with a minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible professional level experience; Masters degree or higher or local equivalent may be preferred at this level.
