Role Responsibilities 100% presencial Monitoreo del proceso de cobranza, ofrecer retroalimentación y asesoría. Mantener registro de horas trabajadas y registros de personal. Proponer mejoras al proceso. Garantizar el cumplimiento de políticas y procedimientos legales y de la empresa y reportar cualquier desviación. Role Qualifications 1+ años de experiencia en cobranzas vía telefónica. Título universitario en trámite o carrera truncada, mínimo bachillerato. Pensamiento crítico. Experiencia trabajando como contacto principal con otras áreas. Habilidades de comunicación. Trabajo en equipo. Atención al detalle. Experiencia en productos financieros.
