We are looking for a Sr. Finance & Accounting Manager to lead the local finance function, with strong exposure to Accounting, Tax and Treasury , and direct interaction with regional teams . This role requires not only strong technical expertise, but also solid leadership skills , as the position is a replacement due to previous leadership challenges . The ideal candidate will bring structure, clear communication, and the ability to rebuild trust within the team. Key responsabilities: Lead and oversee Accounting, Tax and Treasury functions. Manage cash flow, payments, banking relationships , and treasury operations. Ensure accurate financial closings and compliance with IFRS . Prepare and present financial . Supervise and develop a team of 5 people Coordinate and review financial reports prepared by the team. Ensure proper billing and tax compliance . Act as main point of contact for audits and internal controls. Drive process improvement and financial discipline. Work closely with regional and global stakeholders.
