Role Purpose Hantec is seeking a highly driven and commercially astute Senior Business Development Manager to lead strategic growth initiatives across the LATAM region. This role is responsible for building, developing, and managing a high-performing portfolio of partners and high-value clients to drive sustainable trading volume and revenue growth. The successful candidate will play a critical role in expanding Hantec’s regional footprint by sourcing, onboarding, and nurturing strategic partnerships while ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and regulatory frameworks. Key Objectives Build and manage a robust book of partners and high-value clients to generate consistent and growing trading volume. Source and onboard new partners capable of delivering sustainable, long-term client relationships. Proactively recruit active industry partners and affiliates to join Hantec. Develop and enhance existing partner relationships to maximize lifetime value, minimize attrition, and increase engagement through ongoing support and education. Identify and cultivate future high-potential partners and clients through market research and existing business networks to sustain long-term growth. Key Responsibilities Strategically direct time and resources to maximize new business acquisition across LATAM markets. Structure, pitch, negotiate, and close commercially attractive and sustainable partnership agreements. Leverage available marketing support, sponsorships, and entertainment budgets to strengthen and extend partner and client relationships. Operate autonomously while collaborating effectively within the regional team to drive collective performance. Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, Compliance, and Legal teams to ensure seamless execution of initiatives and partner onboarding. Represent Hantec at industry conferences, networking events, and regional forums to enhance brand visibility and identify new opportunities. Ensure all business development activities adhere to relevant financial regulations and internal compliance standards. Candidate Profile Proven track record in business development within FX, CFDs, or financial services across LATAM markets. Strong network of IBs, affiliates, institutional partners, and high-value traders in the region. Demonstrated ability to structure and close high-value commercial deals. Deep understanding of regional regulatory frameworks and market dynamics. Strong negotiation, relationship management, and communication skills (English and Spanish required; Portuguese advantageous). Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and deliver measurable results.
