Job Overview The HR Specialist – Labor Relations is the central point of contact for all HR topics related to labor relations not covered by Shared Services within their area of responsibility, supporting both managers and employees. By providing expert guidance, the specialist builds trusted relationships with internal stakeholders, manages employee relations matters, develops solutions, and ensures legal compliance, fostering a positive work environment. Responsibilities Develop and implement HR strategic initiatives aligned with business strategy (e.g., strategic workforce planning, HR transformation). Guide employees and supervisors on HR matters, directing them to appropriate contacts and promoting the full portfolio of HR services. Consult with Centers of Expertise about HR processes and address business needs. Ensure consistent application and compliance with HR policies, programs, and procedures. Identify gaps and propose/implement changes to mitigate risks. Collaborate with stakeholders as per Balance of Cooperation. Accompany and implement business change projects. Introduce and implement new HR services, systems, and processes. Lead and implement HR projects within assigned area. Represent HR in other business projects. Advise during significant change and support organizational development. Act as a role model of company values and culture. Support the Employer Branding roadmap. Work closely with recruiting to attract best-fit candidates; act as talent scout. Manage talent readiness, succession planning and talent management processes. Drive talent management initiatives; identify trends in development needs. Lead TMOD initiatives and actions. Drive nominations for Leadership & Talent Development programs. Manage competency development and execution of job evaluation. Lead employee relations, including conflict management, harassment, discrimination, and investigations. Serve as company representative toward external parties when assigned. Ensure availability and quality of records related to audits and compliance. Monitor time management, legal compliance, perform administrative tasks as required. Evaluate performance per KPIs and derive corrective actions. Consolidate and publish reporting results. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field. 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, preferably as HR Business Partner or HR Generalist. Strong experience in employee relations, talent management, and organizational development. Knowledge of labor laws and regulations. Experience working with Centers of Expertise and HR Operations models. Proven experience partnering with business leaders and aligning HR strategies with business needs. Experience in change management and organizational transformation. Strong analytical skills and experience managing KPIs and HR metrics. Advanced English (preferred). Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to influence and consult to leadership. Problem‑solving and decision‑making skills. Ability to work in fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
