Perform preventive and corrective maintenance assigned. Participate in daily meetings with the supervisor. Report everyday relevant issues and activities about maintenance. Attend problem‑solving meetings related to main SMT process issues. Keep your area and production lines under standard 5S; conduct 5S audits. Close work orders for preventive and corrective maintenance performed during the shift in the maintenance connection system with the respective downtime. Assist in the classification and temporary storage of hazardous, urban solid and special waste. Perform any other duties or responsibilities as assigned by the department supervisor. Qualifications Integrity, innovation, inclusion, teamwork & respect, excellence. Engineering in electronics, mechatronics, automation or related disciplines. TSU in industrial maintenance, electronics, industrial control or similar. At least 1 year of experience in a maintenance department. Basic English proficiency. Technical skills: pneumatics, electricity, electronics, interpretation of electrical diagrams, problem‑solving methodology, hand‑tool management, office handling. Ability to work under pressure and deliver results. Bonus Points Leadership, change orientation, collaboration, judgment, result‑driven attitude. TSU in industrial maintenance, electronics, industrial control or similar. Technical skills: pneumatics, electricity, electronics, measuring devices (multimeter, cautin, signal generator), office handling, work under pressure.
