The Admissions Coordinator plays a key role in managing the end‑to‑end admissions process while delivering an outstanding experience to prospective families. This role combines relationship management, academic evaluation, and administrative coordination to ensure a seamless and high‑quality admissions journey. Key Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for prospective families throughout the admissions process. Communicate clearly, warmly, and professionally in both English and Spanish (written and verbal). Conduct parent interviews to understand each student’s profile and assess alignment with the school. Provide timely and personalised follow‑up to families at every stage of the admissions journey. Coordinate and manage applicant files, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Organise and oversee academic and psychometric assessments. Administer and interpret psychopedagogical evaluations. Review academic results and contribute to admissions decision‑making. Coordinate multiple schedules involving families, students, psychology, and academic teams. Organise and participate in Open Days and admissions events (including Saturday availability). Support and enhance the on‑campus visit experience for prospective families. Maintain up‑to‑date admissions databases and systems. Use platforms such as iSAMS, OpenApply, CAT4, and Excel on a daily basis. Prepare reports and track key admissions metrics and performance indicators. Ideal Candidate Bachelor’s degree in Psychology (essential). Availability to work on Saturdays during admissions events is required. Strong understanding of the education sector and academic assessment processes. Excellent command of English and Spanish (spoken and written). Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Highly organised, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple processes simultaneously. Comfortable using technology and digital systems. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to handle confidential information sensitively. Empathetic and professional approach when dealing with families.
