This role is responsible for ensuring the efficient procurement of indirect materials (MRO), securing competitive costs, quality standards, and on-time delivery in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities Manage procurement of MRO materials (PPE, packaging, consumables, etc.). Create, issue, and follow up on purchase orders. Negotiate with suppliers on pricing, lead times, and incoterms. Develop, evaluate, and select strategic suppliers. Monitor inventory levels and material consumption to optimize costs. Analyze market conditions and propose purchasing strategies aligned with budget. Validate invoices and coordinate with finance. Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs). Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and ISO 9001 audits. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field. Intermediate to advanced English (minimum 80%). Strong Excel / Office skills. Experience in data analysis, negotiation, and decision-making. Knowledge of supplier management and purchase order processes.
