We’re hiring a Senior Scrum Master with strong experience leading Agile teams, facilitating Scrum processes, and driving delivery excellence in enterprise environments. This role will support a project in the reinsurance industry and requires a strong servant leader who can coach teams, improve Agile maturity, remove blockers, and keep delivery aligned across distributed teams. Compensation Contract (6 months+, potential extension) $50,000 – $60,000 MXN gross monthly Mixed scheme or contractor (honorarios) Hybrid – Monterrey (2–4 days per month onsite) Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Advanced English mandatory What You’ll Do Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives) Coach teams on Agile/Scrum best practices and team collaboration Ensure Azure DevOps (ADO) is updated accurately (stories, tasks, remaining work, dashboards) Track sprint health, blockers, delivery progress, and team capacity Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles impacting delivery Support Product Owners and help teams achieve higher Scrum maturity Provide regular project updates to leadership and stakeholders Help onboard and coach new team members when needed Promote a positive, team-first, Agile mindset Technical Requirements 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master on large-scale Agile projects Strong understanding of Scrum events, artifacts, and Agile principles Strong facilitation, coaching, and conflict resolution skills Experience working with distributed/global teams Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) Experience supporting continuous delivery environments Ability to adapt quickly to new teams and environments Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Advanced English mandatory Nice to have: Experience in insurance or reinsurance industry Experience with SOX or compliance-driven environments Agile/Scrum certifications (CSM, CSPO, PMI-ACP, IIBA-AAC, etc.) What We’re Looking For Servant-leader mindset Strong coaching and mentoring approach Ability to foster collaboration and team engagement Strong conflict resolution and communication skills Ability to drive Agile adoption and continuous improvement Comfortable working with hybrid/distributed teams
