IT Service Management ServiceNow / ITOM / ITAM Implementation Specialist - SME Seeking Experienced ServiceNow ITSM / ITOM / ITAM Implementation Specialists – SME for Exciting Projects in Monterrey, Saltillo, and Mexico City We are looking for skilled ServiceNow ITSM / ITOM / ITAM Implementation Specialists – SME with a minimum of 8 years of experience to join a dynamic team within a leading global organization. This role involves supporting enterprise ServiceNow implementations, validating configurations, ensuring quality standards, and providing expert guidance across multiple ServiceNow modules with a focus on operational excellence and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Act as Subject Matter Expert across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM (SAM/HAM), and EA modules. Provide best practice guidance to design and implementation teams. Review and validate configurations against approved functional designs. Ensure adherence to ServiceNow standards and best practices. Review CMDB structures, CI relationships, asset mappings, and data models. Validate integration alignment and cross-module configurations. Support UAT defect triage and prioritization. Assist in identifying technical risks and quality concerns. Validate reporting, dashboards, and operational readiness. Support hypercare activities and knowledge transfer to support teams. Work hours Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 18:00 Advanced English skills are mandatory, and only residents of GDL, MTY, Coahuila, and CDMX.
