The Project Manager is responsible for supporting and driving the successful delivery of website and mobile app initiatives across client engagements. This role serves as a key contributor within the Web Experience delivery team, owning day‑to‑day coordination, scope management, and client communication while partnering closely with senior leadership, design, and engineering teams. This individual will play an active role in feature planning and prioritization conversations, helping translate business needs into actionable work while ensuring web and mobile projects remain organized, transparent, and aligned. The ideal candidate combines strong project management fundamentals with growing technical fluency and a desire to expand their strategic impact over time. The role is execution‑focused, collaborative, and hands‑on, with clear opportunities to grow into broader delivery and strategic ownership. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage timelines, task plans, and status documentation for website redesign, mobile application, and website retainer projects. Track and prioritize all client requests and deliverables, creating visibility and transparency into the progress of work at multiple stakeholder levels. Ensure that all client deliverables are met on time and on budget, following internal processes and adhering to estimated hours and approved scope agreements. Facilitate planning sessions and organize feature prioritization discussions in partnership with senior leaders. Translate business requirements into structured tasks and actionable next steps for cross‑functional teams. Partner with design, development, and analytics teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and executed. Ensure clear and thorough communication across the project team, proactively clearing blockers. Lead daily stand‑ups and internal meetings, preparing detailed agendas in advance. Coordinate quality assurance and release readiness activities to support successful launches. Serve as the primary day‑to‑day contact for clients on assigned workstreams, providing timely follow‑up and participation in weekly client meetings to discuss account status and updates. Maintain strong attention to detail to ensure all work is client‑ready. Anticipate client and team questions, providing thought‑out answers and solutions. Identify and apply lessons learned from previous experience to improve delivery of subsequent projects. Experience 3+ years of experience in online advertising, direct marketing, e‑commerce, or another fast‑paced client‑service environment. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Working knowledge of web platforms, integrations, CMS and CRM systems, APIs, and web analytics systems. Working knowledge of project management tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, and Workfront. Working knowledge of digital marketing channels and audience strategy. #J-18808-Ljbffr
