The Challenge As a Software Engineer Manager, you will drive the technical direction of the team, ensuring alignment with architectural standards and high-quality delivery across backend, frontend, and DevOps. You will act as a key bridge between Architecture, Product, and Development teams, guaranteeing code quality, security, scalability, and performance. Key Responsibilities Define and maintain scalable software architecture patterns, including microservices, APIs, and modular design. Enforce best practices in coding, testing, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure. Lead and mentor developers across frontend, backend, and DevOps through code reviews and technical guidance. Drive automation, performance optimization, and cost efficiency within AWS environments. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field. Advanced (professional) English proficiency. Technical Skills & Experience Strong programming experience in Java, Node js, or NET Deep knowledge of AWS cloud services . Solid experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices , including Azure DevOps (pipelines, repositories, artifact management), Git, and automated testing. Expertise in microservices architecture , event-driven design, REST and GraphQL APIs, Docker, and Kubernetes. Experience with SQL databases . Strong background in monitoring and observability tools such as AWS CloudWatch, ELK/EFK, Grafana, and Application Insights. Experience working in Agile environments using tools like Jira or Azure Boards. Experience Requirements 5–10 years of experience in software development. 3–5 years leading development teams. Proven track record delivering large-scale, cloud-native applications. Experience working in Agile and DevOps environments with mature CI/CD practices. Hands-on experience in AWS cost optimization and performance tuning.
