Position Mid‑Level and Senior SailPoint IdentityIQ Engineers About the Team This role focuses on supporting and enhancing an existing IAM implementation, ensuring secure access governance, operational stability, and continuous process improvement. You will play a key role in designing, implementing, and optimizing identity lifecycle processes while working closely with IT, Security, and Compliance teams. Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and maintain IAM solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) and related platforms. Support and enhance an existing IAM implementation within a cybersecurity team. Develop and maintain integrations with enterprise systems (Azure AD, SAP, APIs, and other applications). Automate identity lifecycle processes (provisioning, deprovisioning, access requests, certifications). Ensure compliance with IAM policies, RBAC models, and audit requirements. Collaborate with IT, Security, and Compliance teams to align IAM strategies with business objectives. Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues related to identity and access management. Contribute to risk mitigation strategies and ensure system stability and security. Support process optimization initiatives to improve operational efficiency. Desired Profile Experience & Seniority Mid‑Level: 3‑5 years of experience in IAM/Cybersecurity roles. Senior: 5+ years of experience in IAM, with strong expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ. Technical Skills Strong experience with: SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) (mandatory) SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) (nice to have) Java development (for customization and integrations) APIs and system integrations Knowledge of: CyberArk (nice to have) Azure Active Directory SAP integrations Experience with: Identity lifecycle management Access certifications and governance RBAC (Role‑Based Access Control) Audit and compliance frameworks Soft Skills Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Ability to work in environments with existing implementations and legacy processes. Effective communication and collaboration with cross‑functional teams. Proactive mindset for identifying risks and improving processes. Ownership and accountability in production environments. Education Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field (or equivalent experience). Additional Requirements Advanced English (mandatory) – ability to work with international teams. Location: LATAM (Mexico prioritized). Availability to work in distributed teams and aligned time zones. Experience working in cybersecurity or enterprise environments is highly preferred.
