Position Purpose Lead the school's student conduct, well‑being, and community culture initiatives by ensuring the consistent and equitable implementation of institutional policies and expectations, effectively addressing behavioral concerns, and providing guidance and support to students, families, and faculty. This role is responsible for fostering a positive, safe, and inclusive school environment that promotes student well‑being, personal growth, and academic success. Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and oversee the school's student discipline and community culture framework. Ensure the consistent application of school policies, procedures, and behavioral expectations across all divisions. Coordinate the management, documentation, and follow‑up of disciplinary, behavioral, and social‑emotional cases. Collaborate with school counselors, psychologists, and division principals to develop and implement intervention and support plans for students. Lead prevention and awareness initiatives related to bullying, cyberbullying, digital citizenship, responsible technology use, respect, integrity, and personal well‑being. Support teachers in classroom management practices and the development of positive classroom cultures. Coordinate student leadership programs, assemblies, student voice initiatives, and other activities that promote student engagement and school connectedness. Analyze student conduct and school climate data to identify trends, recommend improvement strategies, and monitor outcomes. Maintain effective communication with parents regarding student behavioral concerns and support plans. Participate in crisis management and the implementation of student safety and well‑being protocols. Professional Experience Minimum of 5 years of experience in educational institutions. At least 3 years of experience in leadership positions related to student discipline, school culture, student well‑being, academic coordination, or school administration. Additional Training Student discipline and school culture management. Conflict resolution and restorative practices. Crisis prevention and intervention in educational settings.
