Role Summary: As a Sales Executive based in Guadalajara you'll expand Hill's business by increasing sales, distribution, market share and Brand Recommended Most Often (BRMO). You will achieve this by effectively managing and cultivating relationships with key customers—veterinary clinics and specialty pet retail stores—to ensure Hill's is recognized as their strategic partner of choice and to gain their full support for our growth initiatives. Responsibilities: Account Management: Manage and cover a dedicated customer base of veterinary clinics, hospitals, and pet stores Sales & Market Growth: Drive net sales, volume, market share, and product endorsement by ensuring excellent execution of the 6Ps Product Promotion: Merchandise Hill’s products and implement commercial programs, including the \"Perfect Clinic/Store\" initiative Customer Education: Educate clinic staff and customers through product detailing and seminars on nutritional and economic value Strategic Planning: Develop creative, data-driven customer strategies and joint business plans based on thorough customer analysis New Launches & Compliance: Roll out new product launches to increase in-store presence while complying with all company policies Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree 1+ years of sales experience 1+ years of experience in field operations visiting clients Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets Intermediate English level Active driver's license Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Veterinary Medicine Previous sales experience in the Veterinary Channel
