Position Summary The Sr. Manager, Sales Excellence at Mondelez International is responsible for driving best-in-class sales processes, methodologies, and tools to optimize the performance and productivity of the sales organization. The role leads a team of specialists to ensure the execution of sales strategy and operational excellence. How You Will Contribute Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance) to implement strategies that improve sales effectiveness, forecast accuracy, and revenue growth. Manage winning customer business relationships that facilitate \"best in industry\" execution of categories. Work closely with key stakeholders (MX Sales Leadership Team). Fully understand category and insights knowledge, coaching the team in the use of category tools to engage and influence customers to make informed decisions that grow categories and deliver the annual plan. What You Will Bring Considerable knowledge of the market in which Mondelez International operates. Experience in sales and managing a team of salespeople. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Solid knowledge of sales and negotiation processes. Responsibilities Manage and develop teams (Sales Planning, Sales Projects, Sales Intelligence, and Training) to help the sales organization exceed goals. Analyze sales data and provide recommendations to the MX Leadership Team to optimize sales operations, implement new strategies, and develop new processes and procedures. Optimize sales processes (design, refine, or standardize) to increase effectiveness. Performance management and analytics using data analytics and reporting tools. Training, tools, and technology enablement. Lead the IBP process and cross‑functional collaboration. Provide strategic leadership for the team. Qualifications Strong problem‑solving, communication, and influential skills with the ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations for the Sales Leadership Team. Previous experience leading teams related to Sales Planning, Sales Analytics, Demand Planning, and Integrated Business Planning (IBP). Previous exposure to key processes such as IBP or S&OP. Proven track record in driving sales process improvements and performance metrics in a fast‑paced environment. Solid knowledge of analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
