We’re looking for a Solutions Engineer to bridge technical excellence with business growth at Qubika. This role sits at the intersection of pre-sales, solution design, and cloud strategy, turning technical expertise into real business impact. At Qubika, we design, develop, and deploy custom software solutions for organizations making an impact through technology. What we expect from you Background in roles such as: DevOps Engineer, Cloud Engineer, Site Reliability Engineer (SRE), or Platform Engineer. Previous experience in a client-facing technical role (Solutions Engineer, Solutions Architect, Pre-Sales Engineer, or similar). Solid understanding of cloud-native architectures, infrastructure, CI/CD, and platform engineering practices. Ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions. Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical trade-offs to both technical and non-technical audiences. Availability and flexibility to travel across Latin America and the US to support client engagements, executive meetings, and industry events, thriving in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and business-driven agendas. Hands-on experience with AWS, Databricks, and/or Microsoft. Strong professional English (spoken and written).
