Accounting Analyst – Distribution (Tultitlán) We are looking for an Accounting Analyst to join our team and act as an important link between operations, finance, and accounting. In this role you will support Financial Intelligence activities closely, be part of the Control Desk structure, and ensure that operational transactions are accurately reflected in financial records. You will help us build processes and establish controls from the ground up. Your work will directly support better decision‑making, cost control, and risk prevention. The position is based in our Distribution Center in Tultitlán, State of Mexico, in a hybrid work model. You will collaborate closely with Finance, Accounting, and Distribution teams and report directly to the administrative manager while working cross‑functionally across the organization. Main Responsibilities Ensure that operational expenses are recorded and compliant with accounting policies and internal guidelines. Act as the bridge between operations and finance, translating operational activities into accurate accounting entries. Monitor and analyze distribution‑related costs, including cross‑docking, logistics services, service levels, and penalties. Review and validate customer charges, identify discrepancies, and work with internal teams to resolve incorrect or unjustified costs. Manage the credit note process, including validation, documentation, approval, and follow‑up. Ensure all supporting documentation for financial transactions is complete, accurate, and properly maintained. Support the control and tracking of freight and logistics expenses. Review the accuracy and consistency of accounting records related to key operational expenses. Identify deviations, propose solutions, and implement corrective actions to improve financial accuracy and control. Develop and maintain reports and analysis that provide visibility into expenses and support business decision‑making. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment between operational activities and financial reporting. Qualifications Have at least 1–2 years of experience in general accounting. Hold a degree in accounting. Have an understanding of accounting principles. Have experience in expense control, financial analysis, or cost tracking (preferred). Demonstrate intermediate Excel skills and familiarity with ERP or accounting systems. Be comfortable working with large volumes of data, converting operational information into financial insights. Have basic to intermediate English skills. Will help us build and structure new processes.
