Position Summary We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to support the Endoscopy Marketing division. This role is essential for ensuring the flawless execution of digital campaigns, event logistics, and providing continuous support to the commercial sales force. Key Responsibilities Digital Content Management: Develop, track, and manage the approval (submission) process for digital materials targeting the sales force and healthcare professionals. Event Logistics: Support the end-to-end planning and execution of marketing campaigns, product launches, conventions, and internal/external events. Demo Inventory Control: Manage the stock of demonstration materials, coordinating shipping and receiving logistics to ensure the sales team has the necessary tools. Vendor Management: Coordinate purchasing processes, from initial contact to delivery tracking, ensuring supplies meet company standards. Commercial Liaison: Act as a point of contact to timely resolve the sales team's needs regarding tools and marketing materials. Requirements & Profile Education: Current student (with approximately 2 years remaining until graduation) in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or Graphic Design. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Proactive use of AI tools for task optimization. Availability: Morning shift.
