Team Overview As a pricing/revenue management analyst you will have to monitor, structure, and execute everything related to pricing, from monitoring of the marketplace to improving user experience while managing to reach business and financial goals. This position will be responsible for building frameworks & insights that make every day easier understanding the marketplace and anticipating future behaviors within the ride-hailing business. The ideal candidate must have strong analytical skills, data driven mindset, prioritization capabilities, attention to detail and excellent execution. Role Responsibilities Work on and define the region’s pricing strategy with the leadership team; Create frameworks to improve decision-making; Be responsible for pricing/revenue management decisions on a day to day basis; Be the point of contact for all pricing matters with the organization; Develop a methodology to optimize pricing decisions; Collaborate with different areas like operations, marketing, product, and growth Role Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (Engineering, Economics, Business Administration or other relevant degrees) 1-3 years of experience in revenue management, consultancy, investment banking, financial planning & analysis, business improvement, business intelligence, and other related fields Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint Great at communication and stakeholder management skills, working in cross-functional projects across countries Ability to learn and deliver results with high expectations on timeliness and quality Analytical and problem solving skills, ability to break down complex problems into smaller and simpler ones, and capable of explaining and communicating them clearly Tolerance of working in ambiguous and changing environments, great attention to detail and proactivity Professional proficiency level in English and Spanish SQL skills required.
