Key Responsibilities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reporting solutions that are accurate, reusable, and aligned with business goals. Design and build Power BI reports and semantic models grounded in governed metrics and approved dimensions. Harvest and consolidate logic from DAX, SQL, stored procedures, and existing reports. Translate business questions into reusable reporting logic and validated outputs. Work directly with end users to design business-facing reporting templates and drive validation. Bridge business language and warehouse structures to ensure reports are both accurate and actionable. Required Skills & Experience Strong Power BI and semantic model development experience. Ability to translate business questions into governed metrics, approved dimensions, and reusable reporting logic. Comfortable harvesting and consolidating logic from DAX, SQL, stored procedures, and existing reports. Experience designing business-facing reporting outputs, templates, and validation processes with end users. Proven ability to bridge business language and underlying warehouse structures.
