BA/BSc degree from relevant departments (Business Administration or Hospitality Management degree would be an asset) 7 years of fine dining restaurant management experience and deep knowledge of the operation standards & expectations of customers Proficiency in spoken and written English and Spanish Good time-management skills with the ability to handle various open positions simultaneously Self-driven, resilient, energetic, and inclusive; creating or responding constructively to challenging new ideas and inputs Team player with excellent problem-solving and communication skills Excellent observation skills to identify bottlenecks and pain points Proactivity and willingness to deal with fast-paced and uncertain environments What will you work on?
