As a Demand Planner at Honeywell, you will contribute to the development and execution of demand planning strategies to support accurate forecasting and effective demand management. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to analyze data, market trends, and customer insights, helping to ensure alignment between demand plans and supply chain operations. You will report directly to our leadership team and work out of our Monterrey location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the precision of demand forecasts and the efficiency of inventory management, supporting the overall supply‑chain performance within Honeywell’s Aerospace business unit. Responsibilities Assist in the creation and maintenance of sales forecasts and production plans at the account level globally for aerospace products and equipment. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather and analyze data, market trends, and customer insights to improve demand forecasting accuracy. Monitor demand patterns and adjust forecasts as necessary to meet customer demands and optimize inventory levels. Support the execution of supply‑chain optimization projects and participate in forecast review meetings. Track key performance indicators and assist in reporting demand forecast results to leadership. Qualifications YOU MUST HAVE Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Engineering. Experience in demand planning, materials management, sourcing, or related supply‑chain functions. Advanced English level is required. Strong knowledge of demand planning principles, methodologies, and tools. Proficiency in data analysis and forecasting techniques with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel. Familiarity with demand planning software and systems relevant to supply‑chain management. WE VALUE Experience working with SAP ERP systems and demand planning tools such as RapidResponse/Maestro.
