Responsibilities:
- Design and implement automated response workflows across communication channels (WhatsApp, Instagram, and Web).
- Configure and maintain automation tools, including CRM systems and connectors (Zapier, Make, or similar).
- Categorize and provide daily follow-up for potential client inquiries regarding events and promotional materials.
- Optimize initial response times and manage the prospective client database.
- Monitor the sales funnel to ensure every lead receives consistent commercial follow-up.
Technical Requirements:
- Proven experience configuring CRM platforms (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Kommo, or similar).
- Proficiency in messaging automation and workflow design.
- Ability to write engaging commercial response scripts (Copywriting).
- Intermediate skills in organizational tools (Google Workspace or similar).
Valued Skills:
- Previous experience in the events, advertising, or corporate sales sectors.
- Strong orientation toward results and meeting response-time KPIs.
- Ability to perform basic data analysis and management reporting.
