Security Specialist – Juarez Automotive Reporting to the Security Manager, the Security Specialist role involves: What a typical day looks like Apply security rules as per manuals, including but not limited to courses of action, protocols, pertinent laws, regulations, and standards. Manage daily security operations and resolve any escalated issues. Assist Security Manager with monthly guard assessment, handling emergency cases, and supporting investigations and audits. Supervise the security entrance/exit. Implement security improvements in accordance with corporate policies and local best practices. Know commercial operations for the site to detect loss risk and carry out correspondence investigations. Acknowledge all security concerns from tenants and company personnel. Develop and maintain positive relations with tenants, contractors, local law enforcement, and internal cross-functions such as HR, Compliance and business. Knowledge of C-TPAT and OEA standards. Leadership. Experience & Qualifications Intermediate English proficiency. Bachelor's degree required. Develop and maintain list of appropriate police jurisdiction contacts. Monitor security officers to enforce security programs and ensure security providers provide officers with appropriate skill sets and work attitudes. Monitor and maintain security equipment, resolving issues promptly. Manage the SCC and campus perimeter access control system. Maintain building customer access (visitor badges, computer labels, HID access).
