This position is key to ensuring the proper functioning of our digital platforms and supporting the continuous operation of commercial campaigns and promotions. As part of an international team, you will have constant contact with other business areas, as well as with technical teams located in other countries, so advanced English proficiency is required. Work Mode : On-site. Working Hours : Monday to Friday (8:30 am a 18:00 pm) Job requirements Bachelor's degree (in administrative areas or related fields) or equivalent experience. Advanced English (B2-C1 level). 1 year of experience in eCommerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Mercado Libre). Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, functions, filters). Main Responsibilities: Verify, test, and validate promotions on the eCommerce platform to ensure their proper execution and avoid technical errors. Report incidents or technical requirements to the support team located in Brazil. Follow up on operational requests via chat, email, or phone calls. Collaborate with the commercial team for filling out, reviewing, and updating operational formats related to promotions and products.
