Leadership & Scale: Direct and inspire a multidisciplinary engineering team of 50+ people, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and technical excellence. Software Factory Management: Oversee and optimize the operations of our Software Factory (either managing the existing framework or driving the creation of a new, highly efficient structure). Concurrent Project Delivery: Successfully manage multiple, simultaneous complex software development projects, keeping timelines aligned with business goals. Full E2E Lifecycle: Own the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), ensuring high-quality, secure, and reliable releases. Agile Governance: Champion Agile methodologies to streamline delivery, improve team velocity, and maintain adaptability. Cloud Expertise: Strong background in cloud‑native development, specifically within AWS architectures. Architecture & Modern Patterns: Deep understanding of software architecture, microservices, and distributed systems. Track Record: Proven experience managing large‑scale teams (50+) and running complex delivery operations (Software Factory model is highly preferred).
