Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Saltillo, COA, for a SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private FICO Advanced Treasury Specialist. The role entails designing, developing, and implementing SAP FICO and Treasury solutions for clients. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing business processes, conducting consulting sessions, managing master data, identifying gaps, and providing tailored recommendations. The specialist will ensure optimal configurations and support end-users in resolving functional issues, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results aligned with business objectives. Qualifications Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private FICO and hands-on experience in implementing Advanced Treasury solutions Proficiency in analyzing Business Processes and identifying areas for improvement Solid Consulting skills, including stakeholder communication and solution presentations Experience with Master Data management and structured financial reporting Exceptional Analytical Skills for identifying and solving complex financial and technical issues Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or a related field Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private or other ERP systems Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams in an on-site environment Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance is advantageous
