This is NOT a cold-calling grind. The leads are already interested — your job is to take control of the conversation, build trust fast, handle objections confidently, and close deals. We’re looking for someone hungry, persuasive, emotionally intelligent, and highly motivated by results. Key Responsibilities Run discovery and sales calls with qualified inbound leads Guide prospects through the sales process and close deals consistently Handle objections with confidence and professionalism Follow up aggressively and keep opportunities moving forward Manage pipeline, notes, and communication inside GoHighLevel (GHL) Build strong relationships with clients across the U.S. and Mexico Collaborate with marketing and intake teams to improve conversion quality Success in this Role Consistently close inbound opportunities, maintain strong follow-up discipline, and generate revenue through confident, high-energy sales conversations.
