We are looking for a ServiceNow Change Management Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing change processes and ensuring service stability using the ServiceNow platform. You will combine ITIL‑aligned practices with technical ServiceNow configuration to reduce risk and improve deployment velocity. Key Responsibilities Process Management : Lead and manage the end-to-end change lifecycle in ServiceNow, including creation, review, approval, and closure. Problem Support : Provide integrated support for Problem and Change Management within the ServiceNow ecosystem. Platform Configuration : Maintain Change Management modules, workflows, UI policies, business rules, and notifications. Governance : Facilitate Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings, preparing agendas, risk summaries, and decision logs. Workflow Design : Design and maintain change models (standard, normal, emergency) and templates. Automation & Reporting : Implement automation for risk scoring and approvals; build dashboards for compliance, SLAs, and performance metrics. Collaboration : Partner with Release, Configuration, Incident, and Deployment teams to ensure auditable change activities. Required Qualifications & Skills Experience : 3 to 6 years of experience in Change Management or as a ServiceNow Analyst. Technical Knowledge : Hands‑on experience with ServiceNow configuration and workflow automation. Frameworks : Strong understanding of ITIL‑aligned change control processes.
