The Role: Your Impact As a Sales Manager at DSV, you will be responsible for managing a competitive team and selling our comprehensive transportation and logistics services to prospective clients, ranging from fast-growing startups to multinational corporations. Key Responsibilities Strategic Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed assigned revenue targets. Hunter Mentality: Proactively identify, target, and acquire new clients through cold calling, prospecting, and relationship building. Customer Solutions: Analyze market trends to design tailored logistics solutions that address customer needs. Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients, ensuring profitability for DSV while delivering high-value solutions. Pipeline Management: Manage the entire sales pipeline, maintaining accurate data in our CRM system. Internal Collaboration: Work closely with Air & Sea operations teams to ensure smooth implementation of new business. What You Bring To The Table Experience: 5+ years of experience in sales, with a proven track record in freight forwarding, ocean, or air freight sales. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management is preferred. Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of international shipping regulations, INCO terms, and customs procedures. Communication: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Tech Savvy: Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.
