TechnologyNow is building governed AI workflow products for enterprise buyers in Mexico and Latin America. The first BFSI workflow product will focus on high volume operational workflows such as onboarding, Know Your Customer, KYC, document intake, exception routing, compliance handoff, and related case assembly processes. A second product path may later extend into insurance claims or adjacent regulated workflows. You will bring deep functional knowledge of how BFSI operations work in practice. You will help shape product direction, client discovery, workflow design, pilot requirements, and reuse across customers. You will work with product, engineering, data, and commercial teams to turn regulated business workflows into repeatable workflow solutions with strong control models. This is not a generic consulting role. This is a workflow design and product shaping role for regulated operations. Key Responsibilities Define target workflows for the BFSI product strategy. Map current state and target state workflows for onboarding, KYC, compliance handoff, case assembly, exception routing, and related processes. Identify bottlenecks, handoffs, decision rules, approval points, and audit needs. Translate business process knowledge into clear workflow requirements for product, data, engineering, and governance teams. Help define the first MVP workflow scope for founding workflow partners in banking, fintech, or insurance. Support client discovery calls, workflow workshops, and product positioning conversations. Define which parts of the workflow can be standardized and which must remain configurable. Define business rules, control logic, user roles, approval steps, and success criteria for pilots. Work with technical teams to validate that workflow designs can operate with available data, systems, and compliance expectations. Help create product collateral, workflow blueprints, use case narratives, and client facing messaging for BFSI solutions. Support pilot reviews and recommend product improvements based on client feedback, control needs, and operational results. Act as the voice of the regulated business workflow inside product decisions.
