Due to the opening of our new plant in Chihuahua City, we are looking for a well‑rounded Human Resources Generalist to support our manufacturing operations. Key Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for employee questions and concerns regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs. Promote positive employee relations through conflict resolution, coaching, and engagement initiatives. Investigate and address employee complaints or grievances to ensure prompt resolution. Support onboarding processes, including new‑hire orientation, documentation collection, and training coordination. Support performance management programs, including employee goal setting and evaluations. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations; participate in audits and generate required HR reports. Assist in payroll and benefits administration in partnership with HR or payroll teams. Assist in the implementation of HR programs or special projects such as diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. Manage employee records and ensure the accuracy of HR data in HRIS systems, and support organizational change efforts including workforce planning and restructuring. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (master's degree preferred). Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in a generalist HR role. Experience in a manufacturing environment. Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., TRESS, HRIS). Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems. Advanced English language skills. Discretion and problem‑solving ability to handle sensitive employee matters; strong teamwork and communication skills.
