Descripción Translate business needs into integration solutions by analyzing requirements and defining effective technical approaches. Design scalable end-to-end integration architectures connecting SAP and non-SAP systems, ensuring reliability and performance. Develop and configure interfaces within SAP PO, using tools like Enterprise Service Repository and Integration Directory. Build and implement mappings and integrations using technologies such as Graphical Mapping, Java, XSLT, and Groovy, along with adapters like IDoc, RFC, SOAP, REST, JDBC, File, and OData. Leverage SAP Integration Suite capabilities (Cloud Integration, API Management, Event Mesh) to support modern cloud and hybrid integration scenarios. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and external providers to ensure seamless integration delivery. Monitor interface performance and troubleshoot issues, using SAP NWA tools to identify and resolve incidents efficiently. Conduct root cause analysis and continuously improve system performance and stability. Handle administrative tasks such as transport management, user access, and system updates. Provide advanced support (L2/L3) for integration-related incidents and escalations. Maintain up-to-date technical documentation and ensure alignment with quality standards. Perfil buscado 3+ years of experience in SAP PO/PI interface development and configuration. Proven hands-on experience with SAP Integration Suite, especially Cloud Integration and API Management. Strong understanding of integration protocols such as SOAP, REST, IDoc, RFC, SFTP, and JDBC. Experience working with XML, JSON, XSLT, and Groovy scripting. Familiarity with SAP BTP and cloud-based integration architectures. Solid problem-solving and communication skills. Experience or exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for integration deployments. Knowledge of SAP Event Mesh and Business Rules is a plus. Experience working in Agile environments (Jira, Confluence). SAP certifications (Integration Suite or SAP PO) are a plus. Understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes.
