Opportunity We are seeking a self‑starting, reliable customer service professional who will make an immediate impact in our Property Management division. The role is to handle and filter all incoming maintenance requests through AppFolio, communicate with vendors, and ensure requests are resolved in a timely manner. The candidate will be a quick learner, proactive, able to take direction and show initiative, with excellent organization and time‑management skills to exceed expectations for tenants, owners and vendors. Communication with landlords regarding property status may be required. Location: Remote – Mexico (Mexico City, Guadalajara or Monterrey) Shifts: Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm CDT Hourly Rate: $8.00 – $12.00 USD Bonus Pay: U.S. Holidays + Time Off What You’ll Do Respond to all tenant maintenance requests Contact, coordinate and dispatch vendors to properties Communicate with landlords to obtain approval for make‑ready or maintenance repairs Work closely with Maintenance Managers to maintain a vendor list Onboard new vendors, obtain documentation and set up portal access Prepare move‑in/move‑out reports Be available for on‑call emergency rotation Qualifications Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and verbal Personal laptop/computer, high‑speed internet and home office space Experience using property management software; experience with AppFolio is a plus Property management experience Customer service experience Experience working on a team with daily communication What Sets You Apart Customer service mindset and positive attitude Ability to learn quickly Highly self‑motivated and willing to put forth extra effort consistently Passion for real estate and motivation to learn Experience with CRM software; SuiteCRM is a huge plus We may use artificial intelligence tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes or assessing responses.
