Responsibilities Develop and maintain short- and long-term demand forecasts at the SKU and style level using sales trends, seasonality, and customer orders. Collaborate with Sales, Product Development, and Production teams to align forecast with market demand and factory capabilities. Generate weekly and monthly planning reports to support capacity planning and line balancing across sewing, cutting, and embellishment areas. Coordinate raw material requirements with Procurement to ensure timely availability of fabrics, trims, and labels. Monitor and adjust forecasts in real‑time based on changes in customer orders or market signals. Support production scheduling by translating demand plans into cut ticket releases and WIP (work‑in‑progress) tracking. Maintain planning data in ERP or MRP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Excel, or other tools). Analyze forecast accuracy and lead time performance to drive continuous improvement in OTIF (On Time In Full) delivery rates. Assist in evaluating vendor capacity and identifying bottlenecks across internal and external manufacturing partners. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Industrial Engineering, or related field. 3+ years of experience in demand planning, preferably in apparel or consumer goods manufacturing. Knowledge of cut-and-sew operations, Bill of Materials (BOM), and production routings. Proficient in Excel, ERP/MRP systems (NetSuite experience preferred), and data visualization tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; detail-oriented and organized. Ability to work cross-functionally with sourcing, production, and sales teams.
