Product Manager – Digital Platforms & Customer Experience Role Overview We are seeking a Sr. Program Manager with Scaled Agile certification (SAFe/SSM) and proven expertise in enterprise technology delivery transformation. This role leads multiple digital modernization initiatives in parallel , combining enterprise governance, agile delivery at scale, and regulatory compliance . This is not a Product Manager role focused on customer experience — it is a Program/Portfolio Manager role orchestrating complex technology delivery , executive stakeholder alignment, and Lean-Agile optimization across portfolios. The ideal candidate has migrated infrastructure to cloud, implemented ERPs, led distributed teams across time zones, and can translate between technical and executive language without losing precision. Key Responsibilities 1. Portfolio Governance & Orchestration Define and maintain portfolio governance strategy (PPM framework) for 10+ concurrent digital transformation initiatives. Establish IT governance frameworks (TDLC, GRC, enterprise governance) that balance agile velocity with regulatory compliance. Facilitate steering committee meetings, aligning technical backlogs with strategic business objectives. Report at executive level (C-suite, CIOs, COOs) with dashboards tracking critical KPIs: predictability (95%+ target), cost savings (30%+), defect leakage reduction, milestone alignment. 2. Scaled Agile Delivery Leadership Lead implementation of SAFe, LeSS, or equivalent scaled agile framework for 8+ concurrent teams and 30+ stakeholders. Coordinate cross-team dependencies, manage PI Planning (Program Increment), Scrum of Scrums, and release synchronization. Optimize velocity, cycle time, and predictability through rigorous agile metrics. Reduce project failure rates and improve on-time delivery through disciplined governance. 3. Complex Technology Transformation Orchestrate cloud migrations (AWS, Azure, GCP) with regulatory compliance and zero-downtime requirements. Oversee critical system implementations (ERP, payment gateways, integration platforms) across legacy system integrations. Ensure PCI-DSS, security standards, and compliance requirements across all deliverables. Lead distributed technical teams (on-shore, nearshore, offshore) across time zones and cultures. 4. Operational Optimization & Quantifiable Results Establish and track delivery KPIs: predictability (target 95%), cost savings (target 30%+), defect leakage reduction (target 30%+). Identify bottlenecks and apply Lean/Six Sigma principles to improve operational flow. Implement executive dashboards with 20-25 critical KPIs for C-level decision making. Maintain long-term client relationships through transparent reporting and continuous optimization. 5. Change Management (Transformation Context) Lead change management in digital transformation context — technical and operational adoption, not ADKAR/Prosci frameworks. Coordinate training and enablement to ensure adoption of new platforms and processes. Manage resistance from technical and business stakeholders through clear communication and incentive alignment. Measure post-launch adoption and optimize operations to maximize value realization. Required Qualifications 12+ years of enterprise project/program delivery experience (minimum 10 years in complex environments). Scaled Agile Certification (SAFe) — Scaled Scrum Master (SSM) OR Scrum Master Professional (SMP) from Scrum.org. PMP (Project Management Professional) REQUIRED OR Project Management Fundamentals + 10+ years of proven delivery leadership. ITIL V4 Foundation (preferred) OR demonstrated experience with IT governance frameworks (TDLC, GRC). Proven experience in:Cloud migrations (AWS, Azure, GCP) with regulatory compliance (PCI-DSS, HIPAA, GDPR, or equivalent). ERP implementations (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite) on-prem or cloud. Leading multiple concurrent teams (5+ teams in parallel, 30+ stakeholders). Executive governance — steering committee presentations, C-level reporting, executive alignment. Metric-driven mindset — Has quantified and reported: cost savings, predictability, defect leakage, delivery velocity, milestone achievement (not vanity metrics). English C1+ (Full Professional Proficiency) — Executive-level communication in English is daily requirement. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
