Production Scheduler Automotive company located in Sauz, Pedro Escobedo, Querétaro is looking for a Production Scheduler to join our team. Position Purpose Plan, coordinate, and monitor the production schedule based on customer demand, ensuring on-time delivery through efficient use of production resources, SAP systems, and cross-functional coordination. Main Responsibilities Develop and manage production schedules according to customer requirements and production capacity. Coordinate with Production, Purchasing, Maintenance, Quality, and Sales departments to ensure smooth operations. Monitor inventory levels, raw material availability, and production priorities. Follow up on customer requirements and communicate effectively regarding production status and delivery commitments. Support plant start-up activities and production ramp-up processes. Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and lean manufacturing standards. Analyze demand fluctuations and adjust production plans accordingly. Requirements Engineering degree or equivalent technical studies. Training in Lean Manufacturing tools. Minimum 3 years of experience in production scheduling, assembly line programming, or materials planning within the automotive industry. Strong background in: Materials planning, Inventory control, Production scheduling, MRP systems and SAP. Experience coordinating multiple departments in a manufacturing environment. Experience in plant start-up or launch activities is highly preferred. Advanced English is mandatory (interview will be conducted in English).
