Implement continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations. Maintain operating procedures related to equipment maintenance and train team members. Analyze KPIs and report opportunities for improvement. Support product launches and ensure seamless handover of information. Mechanical Engineering Degree. 2–4 years of similar engineering/technical experience. Lean or Six Sigma certification (Green Belt preferred). Experience with injection molding, metal stamping/forming, high/low speed assembly. Strong 2D and 3D drawing skills and knowledge of pneumatic devices. Proficient in quality systems (ISO, 8D). Strong foundation in statistical process control, engineering change control, and process release strategies. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
