Manage fixture and tooling design, including selection and supplier coordination. Improve manual assembly processes and implement new automated assembly solutions. Maintain and update manufacturing documents for pre‑production and production stages. Collaborate with electrical and mechanical engineering teams to perform design for manufacturability and assembly reviews. Lead new product introduction and equipment installation/upgrade activities. Develop and manage relationships with mold, assembly equipment, and local fabricator suppliers. Implement continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations. Maintain operating procedures related to equipment maintenance and train team members. Analyze KPIs and report opportunities for improvement. Support product launches and ensure seamless handover of information. Mechanical Engineering Degree. 2–4 years of similar engineering/technical experience. Lean or Six Sigma certification (Green Belt preferred). Experience with injection molding, metal stamping/forming, high/low speed assembly. Strong 2D and 3D drawing skills and knowledge of pneumatic devices. Proficient in quality systems (ISO, 8D). Coordinate and support manufacturing procedures for computer product. Integrate and document first‑article, engineering validation, and prototype orders. Texas Instruments – Manufacturing Process Engineer Perform lot and equipment dispositions to support continuous production flow. Identify systematic process or equipment issues and communicate findings to engineering staff. Support manufacturing ramp with equipment/process startup and process experiments. Analyze data and resolve problems. Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Electrical, Materials, Mechanical, or related engineering. Strong foundation in statistical process control, engineering change control, and process release strategies. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
